Life happens and is sometimes unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you do not cancel 24 hours or more in advance this will be considered an improper cancellation and you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of 50% of your total service cost up front prior to rescheduling.
Grace Periods
If you are running late to your appointment please notify me at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and provide your estimated arrival time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes post your scheduled time, you may forfeit your time slot. If there is an adequate amount of time before my next client, I will honor your appointment. If I do not have the availability to complete your appointment, you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of 50% of your total service cost up front prior to rescheduling.
No Call No Shows
Communication is key! With that being said, if you miss your appointment and did not communicate with me within the stipulated time frame prior to your appointment, this will be considered a no call no show. Any client that does a no call no show will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of 75% of your total service cost up front prior to rescheduling. Any client with two (2) no call no shows will be barred from booking any future services.
I understand some circumstances are unforeseen, please communicate with me! I will do my best to work with you.
Payments
I accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, ApplePay, and Zelle. Any non cash payments will have an added processing fee of 5% and require a valid photo ID.
For tax filing, all new clients are required to pay in full at the time of your appointment. I will do my best to work with clients on payments for tax filings. I understand times are hard, but please be reasonable and notify me prior to your appointment.
Every clients tax situation is different and the filing fee is based on your unique situation. For an exact price for your appointment please reach out to me directly. I will send you the ‘New Tax Client Questionnaire’. The answers to these questions will allow me to give you an exact price for your appointment.
Appointment Confirmations
I will reach out to every client via email or text (whichever method you used to contact me), to confirm appointments 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please respond to this message to confirm you are keeping your appointment.
